| dc.description.abstract | Akciğer kanseri tanısı almış olgularda histopatolojik parametrelerin sağkalıma etkisini araştırmak amacıyla 108 küçük hücreli dışı akciğer kanserli olgunun patoloji preparatları tekrar değerlendirilerek histolojik tip tayini dışında diferansiyasyon, nükleer diferansiyasyon derecesi, nekroz, mitoz, lenfatik kanallarda tümör hücresi varlığı ve tümöre reaktif immün yanıt da belirlendi.
