Akciğer kanseri tanısı almış olgularda histopatolojik parametrelerin sağkalıma etkisini araştırmak amacıyla 108 küçük hücreli dışı akciğer kanserli olgunun patoloji preparatları tekrar değerlendirilerek histolojik tip tayini dışında diferansiyasyon, nükleer diferansiyasyon derecesi, nekroz, mitoz, lenfatik kanallarda tümör hücresi varlığı ve tümöre reaktif immün yanıt da belirlendi. Diferansiyasyon derecesi ile sağkalım istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde ilişkili bulundu
The pathological preparates of 108 patients which has been diagnosed as nonsmall cell lung cancer were reviewed to evaluate the prognostic value of histopathological parameters. Histological type, differentiation, nuclear differentiation, necrosis, mitosis, lymphatic invasion and immun response to tumor were investigated. Grade of differentiation was found to be effective on survival
