Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, (a) süpervizyon ilişkisine dair alanyazında bulunan kavramsal ve ampirikaraştırma bulgularının bir derlemesini sunmak, (b) süpervizyon ilişkisine katkı sağlayan ve builişkiyi engelleyen değişkenleri incelemek ve (c) alanyazındaki süpervizyon araştırmalarınınbulguları ışığında nitelikli süpervizyon ilişkisinin süpervizyon sürecindeki rolünü tartışmaktır.Süpervizyon ilişkisini ilk ele alan çalışma 1980'li yılların başında Edward S. Bordin tarafındanyapılmıştır. Bordin'e göre süpervizyon çalışma uyumunun üç bileşeni vardır. Bu bileşenlerortak anlayış, görevler ve duygusal bağ'dır. Alanyazın incelendiğinde, yurtdışında süpervizyonilişkisinin niteliğini ve bu ilişkiyi etkileyen değişkenleri belirlemeye yönelik pek çok araştırmayapıldığı görülmektedir. Bu araştırmaların sonuçları süpervizör ile süpervizyon alan kişiarasındaki süpervizyon ilişkisinin süpervizyon alan kişinin profesyonel gelişiminde en kritiköğelerden biri olduğunu göstermiştir. Ancak Türkiye'de psikolojik danışman eğitimindesüpervizyon ilişkisi konusundaki araştırmaların sınırlı sayıda olduğu görülmektedir. Budoğrultuda, Türkiye'de süpervizyon ilişkisi konusunun keşfedilmeyi bekleyen bir araştırmaalanı olduğu söylenebilir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın Türkiye'de süpervizyon ilişkisikonusundabeklenmektedir.süpervizörlere ışık tutması veyapılacak araştırmalara ilham vermesi beklenmektedir.
This study aimed to (a) present a review of literature about conceptual and empirical studies onthe supervision relationship, (b) examine variables which contributing and hindering thesupervision relationship, and (c) to discuss the role of the qualified supervision relationship onthe supervision process in the light of the literature findings. Supervision relationship was firstproposed in the 1980s by Edward S. Bordin. To Bordin, supervision working alliance is of threecomponents. These components are mutual agreements, tasks, and emotional bond. When theinternational literature is reviewed, it is seemed to be quite rich regarding defining quality ofsupervision relationship and determining the variables which affect to supervision relationship.Results of these researches showed that supervision relationship between supervisor andsupervisee is one of the most critical elements of supervisee's professional development.However, researches regarding supervision relationship in Turkey are still limited.Accordingly, it can be stated that the supervision relationship is a research field waiting forbeing enlightenment in Turkey. In this context, it's anticipated that this study would enlightenthe supervisors for supervision relationship and would inspire the future researches in Turkey
