dc.description.abstractÖZET Lydia'nın batısında bulunan ve Bizans Dönem'i belgerinde adı geçen Satala antik kenti, bugünkü Adala (Karataş) beldesine lokalize edilmiştir. Ele geçen yazıtlardan ve diğer buluntulardan, anlaşıldığına göre kentin tarihi Hellenistik Dönem 'e kadar gitmektedir. Kent sikke basmamıştır. Satala ve çevresinde ele geçen epigrafik ve diğer buluntuların yardımıyla, kentte Hades, Hekate gibi Yunanlı tanrılarla, Kybele gibi Anadolulu tanrılar ile Theion, Zeus Aerios, Glaukos, Keraunios ve Lydos gibi yerel tanrıların tapım gördüğü anlaşılmaktadır. Yine epigrafik buluntular sayesinde kent sınırları içinde Ioudda gibi küçük yerleşimlerin olduğu saptanmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Satala has located, today's Adala (Karataş) which is a town on the west region of Lydia. The city is recorded on the sources of Byzantine Period. It's known from the inscriptions and the other foundlings, the history of the city goes back to Hellenistic Period. The city never had their minted coins. It's known also that the Greek gods like Hades, Hekate and Kybele were worshipped in the city with the local gods like Theion, Zeus Aerios, Glaukos, Keraunios and Lydos. Besides, the epigraphical evidences inform us that there were small settlements in the boundries of the city, named Ioudda.en_US
