Özet
Tarımdaki aktörlerin bütünleşmesi sektörün performansını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Ancak, birçok gelişmekte olan ülkede bütünleşmeyi sağlayabilecek kurumsal yapı oluşturulamamıştır. İsrail, bölgesel araştırma-geliştirme merkezleri yardımı ile aktörler arasındaki eklemleşmeyi yerel düzeyde de sağlamıştır. Çalışmalarda çiftçi öncelikleri ve koşullan ile dünyadaki gelişmeler dikkate alınmaktadır. Sektördeki aktörler belirlenen ortak hedefler doğrultusunda birlikte hareket etmektedirler. Bunun sonucunda tarımsal üretimde ve uluslararası ticarette önemli kazanımlar sağlamaktadır. Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de yerel aktörlerin sürece katılmaları kolaylaştıracak birimlerin oluşturulması yararlı görülmektedir.
Integration of the actors in agriculture directly effects performance of the sector. However, institutional structure that eases integration have been ignored in most of the developing countries. Israel have realized the actors articulation through the regional research-development centers even on loca! level. Priorities and circumstances of farmers and developments in the world are taken consideration during the activities. The actors act together toward the jointly defined objectives. As a result of this articulation Israel gets major benefits in agricultural production and international trade. Formation of the units which facilitate the local participation in the process seems useful for the developing countries such as Turkey.
