Özet
Osteolytic lesions and pathologic fractures are rarely seen in the course of hematological malignancies except multiple ' myeloma. A patient diagnosed as B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia with widespread osteolytic lesions and compression fractures at vertebrae without any evidence of multiple myeloma is presented. There was no monoclonal gammopathy and Bence Jones prtoteinuria. Bone marrow examination revealed lymphocytic infiltration without increase of plasma cells. Although chronic lymphocytic leukemia may co-exist with multiple myeloma, no signs or evidence of this disease were found. Turk J Haematol 1997; 14:113-115.
