dc.description.abstractJinekolojik kanserler içinde over kanseri sık görülmekte ve hayatı tehdit etmektedir. Gelişen bilim ve teknoloji sayesinde tıp alanındaki yenilikler ile birlikte erken tanı, erken müdahale ve iyi bir bakımla hayatta kalma oranları artış göstermektedir. Yıllar içinde bu kanser türüne yaklaşımlar da değişiklik göstermiştir. Sitoredüktif cerrahi ile birlikte hipertermik intraperitoneal kemoterapi uygulanması bunlardan biridir. Yapılan bu tür cerrahi işlemlerin preoperatif, intraoperatif ve postoperatif aşamaları hassas ve zorlayıcı olmaktadır. Bunun yanında hastalarda birçok komplikasyon gelişebilmektedir. Dolayısıyla sağlık çalışanlarının, tedavi ve iyileşme aşamasındaki hastaya son gelişmeler doğrultundaki bilgi birikimi ile yaklaşmaları gerekmektedir. Böylece bir taraftan hastanın yaşam kalitesi arttırılırken, diğer taraftan yapılan işlemlerin ve tedavi aşamalarının öğrenilmesi sağlık çalışanlarının bakımlarını planlanmalarında kolaylık sağlayacaktır. Bu yaklaşım ile olgumuzda son yapılan çalışmalar doğrultusunda hemşirelik bakımlarının ele alınması amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractOver cancer is common in gynecological cancers and threatens life. Thanks to advances in science and technology together with innovations in the field of medicine, early diagnosis, early intervention and with a good care the survival rates are increased. Over the years modalities to this type of cancer also differed. Implementation of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cytoreductive surgery is one of them. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases of performed such surgical procedures are sensitive and challenging. Besides many complications can be seen in patients. Therefore, healthcare professionals need to provide care to the patients who are in the process of treatment and recovery, with the knowledge of the latest developments. Thus, one side of the patient's quality of life increased, on the other hand learning of the transaction and the treatment stage will provide ease in planning the maintenance of health workers. With this approach, in our case was aimed to address the nursing care in line with the recent study.en_US
