dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, içinde bir iktidar perspektifi barındırarak sosyal inşa temelinde pozitivist siyasete alternatif bir yöntemsel yaklaşım getirmeye çalışır. Bunun için siyaset, kamuoyu ve medya üçlü kavramlarıyla genel bir çerçeve ortaya konur. Siyaset üzerine bir yöntem çalışması olarak yapılandırılacak olan bu tez/çalışma belli bir gerçeklik anlayışı ve yaklaşımı ve bunun sonucundaki indirgemeciliğinin bir sonucu olarak siyaseti egemen pozitivist paradigmanın belirli kurumsal yapılar (devlet, siyasal parti, parlamento? vs.) içerisine sıkıştırdığı, insan etkinliğine tamamen dışsal olan bir faaliyet olarak belirli inançlardan, değer yargılarından veya ideolojiden arındırarak bütünüyle doğal ve kendiliğindenliği olan nesnel bir gerçeklik kavrayışı içinde algıladığı siyasetin bir eleştirisini sunar. İnsan dünyasının temel praksisi ve etkinliği olarak insana dışsal olmayan, onun eyleminin amacı ve özünü oluşturan etkin bir pratik ve faaliyet olarak algıladığı siyaseti bir tür belirli tarihsel-toplumsal yapılar ve ilişki biçimlerinin içerisinde şekillenen inanç, kültür veya ideolojilerin anlamlandırdığı ve biçimlendirdiği insan eyleminin inşa ettiği bir süreç ve pratik olarak temellendirir. Bir iktidar perspektifi içinde pratik olarak siyaseti, sosyal olarak inşa edilen bir süreç ve etkinlik biçimi olarak temellendiren bu tez, genel çerçevesini de oluşturan belirli parametreler olan başta kamuoyu kavramı olmak üzere sembolik toplum, ideoloji, pozitivist siyaset eleştirisi, ideolojik-kültürel bir yapılanmanın ürünü bir inşa olarak siyaset tasarımı ve pratiği, bir tanımlama aracı olarak medya ve bu aracın ideolojik işlevleri, hegemonya kurucu özelliliği ve genelde farklı bir siyaset formu, kamuoyu ve medyanın inşacı formasyonu gibi bu temel parametreler çerçevesinde sosyal inşa temelinde bir siyaset yöntem incelemesi yaparen_US
dc.description.abstractThis study is worked to bring an alternative methodical approach to positivist politics in the basic of construction. The broad framework of our work is social constitute of politics, public opinion and media. Thus, initially political events or facts and states can?t be said to become natural, objective and mechanic facts or events as natural sciences. We, contrary to popular belief, offer that this political (or social) events or facts and states are socially constructed with interventions of human. İn other word these are social results of product of humanistic praxises.Mainly, we talk about to compose a political reality by human acts, while we are displaying such a one political facts and events. Political reality is one of realities which is socially constructed by humans. After all, illusion is a partial reality. Consequently, political illusion is a partial political reality, too.Besides, content of this study is form science, ideology, relation of science/ideology, political symbols, hegemony, legitimizing, reproduction, symbolic power etc. in addition these category of political reality and illusion. Exclusive of this is said, here media and its tools are central. İn order to this apparatuses are means of a definition and interpretation. Even so, because of creating of a public opinion, media is a powerful and important means. The reason is that media takes place in relationships of political and social power and conflicts of interest. Media and its tools are embedded to relationships of power.Politics is incompressible inside certain institutional structure (state, political party, parliament etc.) as positivist politics is describe in the these institutional structure. Politics which we embark to put forward, is included field of some superstructural items as culture, ideology, lifestyle, identity, religion, education, media etc. This thesis that politics is betraied as imagining and practice of politics is constructed as a product in an ideological/cultural structuring, submits an approach of anti-positivist politics. As a result the overall case of this thesis constitutes symbolical society, ideology, criticism of positivist politics, public opinion, sociological approach of media and analysis of `Cumhuriyet Mitingleri? as a socially constructed political movement.en_US
