dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Türkmenistan'ın tarım sektöründe tarihsel gelişmeler, bağımsızlıktan önce ve sonra tarımın ekonomideki yeri, bitkisel ve hayvansal üretim, tarımsal işletmelerin yapısı, tarım sektöründe yapılan reformlar, yasal düzenlemeler, tarım sektörünün organizasyonu v.b. konular incelenmiş ve pazar ekonomisine geçiş aşamasında ülke tarımının yeniden organizasyonunda kullanılabilecek bilgiler kapsamlı bir şekilde derlenerek, tarım sektörünün karşılaştığı sorunlar ve bunlarla ilgili çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.Araştırmada; daha önce yapılmış araştırma sonuçlarından, resmi kayıtlardan ve anket yoluyla toplanmış orijinal verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Anket çalışması, tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile Ahalilinde seçilen kiracılıkla işletilen 171 ve özel mülkiyet olarak işletilen 39 işletme ile yapılmıştır.Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, yüzde hesaplamaları kullanılmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractIn this research, historical developments of the agricultural sector in Turkmenistan, its place in the national economy before and after independence, organizational structure of the livestock and the general agricultural production, the reforms conducted in the agricultural sector, the regulation and the reorganization of the agricultural sector and the other related issues were thoroughly analyzed with a time perspective. Additionally, It is also made a research on the new system as a market transition period in agriculture.The required data were collected from the published sources and the official records. The data were also collected through questionnaires on the 171 tenants and 39 land owners, selected by random sampling, in the Ahal region.en_US
