Özet
Tekstil malzemelerinin yüzeyinde meydana gelen modifıkasyonlann belirlenmesi amacıyla temas açısı ölçümü, SEM, AFM, FTIR, XPS (ESCA) gibi bazı enstrümantal yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemler sayesinde yüzey ve meydana gelen modifikasyonlar hakkında ayrıntılı bir şekilde bilgi edinilmektedir.
Some instrumental methods like; SEM, AFM, FTIR, XPS (ESCA) can be used for defining the surface modifications of textile materials. By these methods, some informations about surface and the nature of modifications can be obtained.
