A case of occipital ossifying fibroma in a 13-year-old girl is presented. Ossifying fibroma is a rare, benign, primary bone tumour that occurs most commonly in the mandible. Cranial vault location is extremely rare. To our knowledge, our patient is the second case of occipital location reported. Total surgical excision is the treatment of choice.en_US
