dc.description.abstractGiriş ve Amaç: Ergonomi çalışan kişilerin çevreyle uyumunu sağlamayı amaç edinen bir bilim dalıdır. Bu çalışma pediatri hemşirelerinin periferal intravenöz girişim sürecindeki ergonomik risklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma Şubat 2023 – Kasım 2023 tarihleri arasında Ege Üniversitesi Araştrıma Uygulama Merkezi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Anabilim dalına bağlı bulunan pediatri yataklı servislerinde, Çocuk Yoğun Bakım, Çocuk Acil Servis birimlerinde çalışan pediatri hemşirelerini kapsayacak olan tanımlayıcı/kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Çalışmada örneklem seçimi Power analizi ile belirlenmiş olup dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan ve çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 70 pediatri hemşiresiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular: Çocuk Acil Servis, Çocuk Yoğun Bakım ve Pediatri Servislerinde çalışan toplam 70 hemşirenin dahil edildiği çalışmanın sonucunda, Pediatri Hemşirelerinin Hemşirelik Hizmeti Verenlerin Ergonomik Risklerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin toplamından aldıkları puanların ortalaması 73,89 ± 9,62 olarak saptanmıştır. Cornell puanlarının ortalaması bel için 13,51 ± 20,10, ayak için 8,53 ± 15,65,boyun için 6,38 ± 10,30, sırt için 7,36 ± 14,00, ve olarak belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelerin %28,6'sının orta risk, %28,6'sının yüksek risk ve %42,9'unun çok yüksek risk REBA düzeyine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir Sonuç: Pediatri hemşirelerinin periferal intravenöz girişim sürecinde ergonomik koşullardan etkilendiği, Hemşirelik Hizmeti Verenlerin Ergonomik Risk Değerlendirme anket puan ortalamasının, cornell puan ortalamasının ve REBA puan ortalamasının yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. dc.description.abstractIntroduction and aim: Ergonomics is a branch of science that aims to ensure the harmony of working people with the environment. This study was conducted to determine the ergonomic risks of pediatric nurses during the peripheral intravenous intervention process. Method: The research will cover pediatric nurses working in pediatric inpatient services affiliated to the Department of Child Health and Diseases of Ege University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency Service between February 2023 and November 2023. It is a descriptive/cross-sectional study. The sample selection in the study was determined by Power analysis and was carried out with 70 pediatric nurses who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study. Results: The result, which included a total of 70 images working in the Pediatric Emergency Service, Pediatric Intensive Care and Pediatrics Services, The sum of the scores obtained from the participants' Ergonomic Risk Assessment Scale of Nursing Service Providers was calculated as 73.89 ± 9.62. Cornell score avareges were determined as 13.51 ± 20.10 for the waist, 8.53 ± 15.65 for the foot, 6.38 ± 10.30 for the neck, and 7.36 ± 14.00 for the back. It was determined that 28.6% of the nurses had a medium risk, 28.6% had a high risk and 42.9% had a very high risk REBA level. Conclusion: It was concluded that pediatric nurses were affected by the ergonomic conditions during the peripheral intravenous intervention process, and the mean score of the Ergonomic Risk Assessment of Nursing Providers survey, cornell score avareges and REBA score were high.
