dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Ege Denizi'nde balıkçılar tarafından geliştirilen ve kullanılan 900 gözlük geleneksel dip trol ağı incelenmiştir. Ağın teknik planı, FAO kataloglarına uygun olarak ticari trol teknelerinin kullandığı ağdan toplanan veri ile çizilmiştir. 900 göz ağ boyut olarak diğer ağlara göre daha büyük ayrıca daha uzun mantar ve kurşun yakaya sahiptir. Yapısal olarak ağın diğer önemli farklılığı ise kanatlarda kesimli parçaların olması ve ağın neredeyse tamamında PE materyalin kullanılmasıdır. Trolcüler, tecrübeleri doğrultusunda geleneksel ağ üzerinde sürekli değişiklikler yapsa da bu ağların performansını ve verimliliği artırmak için diğer çalışmalara gereksinim vardır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study investigates 900 meshes traditional bottom trawl net developed by fishermen and used in the Aegean Sea. Overall plan of the trawl net is given according to format used in FAO catalogues. Technical plan of the net was drawn by the original data collected from the nets used by commercial trawlers in 2004. 900 meshes trawl is relatively larger in size with longer head line and ground rope than the other nets. The main differences of this net are shape of tapering at wings and use of PE material in almost entire net. Although the construction of the traditional bottom trawl net is continuously modified by the trawlers with experience, there is a need for further studies to improve performance and efficiency of these nets.en_US
