Özet
Serbest kalan ipliğin kendi üzerine dolanma eğilimi olarak tanımlanabilen, iplik canlılığı, temel olarak ipliğe verilen büküm miktarı ile ilişkilidir. Bununla beraber hammadde tipi ve özellikleri ile eğirme yönteminin de etkisinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada pamuk lif özellikleri ve bazı iplik özellikleri ile iplik canlılığı arasındaki korelasyon araştırılmıştır.
Twist liveliness is defined as the twisting of a freely hanging yarn sample or the snarling of a yarn loop. The amount of snarling varies essentially with the amount of twist inserted onto yarn. Furthermore the raw material and the type of twist insertion or spinning method have also some effects on snarling tendency. In this article it was tried to determine whether there was any correlation between yarn liveliness and other fiber and yarn properties.
