dc.description.abstractBu yıl içinde görülen H1N1 pandemik influenza infeksiyonu tüm ülkede ve dünyada ciddi korku ve kaygı uyandırdı. H1N1 virüs infeksiyonları bilindiği gibi gebelerde çok daha ağır seyretmektedir. Ağır solunum yetmezliği, düşük, erken doğum, hatta ölüm saptanabilir. Literatürde H1N1 ile infekte gebelerden doğan bebeklerde transplasental geçiş gösterilememiştir. Bu raporda ağır influenza infeksiyonuna bağlı solunum yetmezliği tablosu nedeniyle erken doğum yapan annenin 2 ay yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde izlenen prematüre bebeğinin bulguları konu ile ilgili literatür değerlendirmesi ile birlikte sunulmuştur. dc.description.abstractH1N1 pandemic infection, emerging this year has aroused great fear and anxiety all over the world and in our country. As known in the medical literature, H1N1 virus infections are more severe in pregnant women . Severe respiratory failure, abortion, preterm delivery and even death may occur. Transplacental transition from the infected mother to the fetus has not been shown so far. The findings of a preterm infant who was born to a mother with pulmonary failure due to severe H1N1 infection and who was followed in the neonatal intensive care unit for two months are presented and the related literature is evaluated in this case report.
