dc.description.abstractAntibiyotik duyarlılık ile ilgili iki yöntemi karşılaştırmak amacı ile çeşitli klinik örneklerden soyutlanan 100 Escherichia coli susunun 17 farklı antibiyotiğe duyarlılığı disk difüzyon yöntemi ve Dio-Sensitest (Diomed) ile araştırıldı. Her iki yöntemin arasındaki uyumluluk Mc Nemar (bağımlı örneklerde ki-kare) testi ile yorumlandı. Sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde; ampisilin, sulbaktam/ ampisilin, meropenem ve tobramisin antibiyotiklerinde disk difüzyon ve Dio-Sensitest yöntemleri arasında anlamlı bir fark görülürken, diğer antibiyotikler açısından her iki yöntem de birbiriyle uyumlu bulundu.en_US
dc.description.abstractOne hundred E. coli strains, isolated from various clinical samples were tested for susceptibility to 17 different antibiotics by disk diffusion and Dio-Sensitest methods. These two methods were compared by Mc Nemar test (chi-square test for dependent samples). There was significant difference between disk diffusion and Dio-Sensitest methods for ampicillin, sulbactam /ampicillin, meropenem and tobramycin. the two methods were found to conform to each other for other antibiotics.en_US
