dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Türkiye’de enerji sektörünün ekonomideki yeri ve önemi girdiçıktı analizi ile incelenmektedir. Girdi-çıktı analizi ekonomideki sektörlerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerini matematiksel yapısı ile nicel olarak inceleyen bir denge modelidir. Çalışmada TÜİK tarafından yayınlanan 2002 ve 2012 yıllarına ait girdi-çıktı tabloları kullanılmıştır. Girdi-çıktı tabloları kullanılarak enerji sektörünün doğrudan ve dolaylı etkileri, ileri ve geri bağlantı etkileri, üretim ve istihdam çarpanları diğer sektörlerle karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca, girdi-çıktı analizi ile enerji sektöründeki fiyat değişiminin diğer sektörlerdeki fiyatlara etkisi incelenmiştir. 2002 ve 2012 yıllarına ait girdi-çıktı analizi sonuçlarına göre enerji sektörünün her iki yıl içinde “kilit sektör” konumunda olduğu görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the position and importance of the energy sector in the Turkish economy is examined by utilizing input-output analysis. Input-output analysis is an equilibrium model that quantitatively analyzes the mathematical structure of the interindustry transactions in the economy. In this study, input-output tables for the years of 2002 and 2012 published by TURKSTAT were employed. Direct and indirect effects of the energy sector, forward and backward linkage effects, production and employment multipliers were analyzed in comparison with other sectors by using input-output tables. In addition, the effect of price changes in energy sector on prices of the other sectors was analyzed by input-output analysis. According to the input-output analysis results of the years 2002 and 2012, it was determined that the energy sector was the “key sector” for both years.en_US
