Ege Bölgesindeki agroendüstriyel işletmelerinin atık envanterlerinin çıkartılması

Günümüzde, endüstriyel kaynaklı atıklar özel sektör sanayi kuruluşları ve yerel yönetimlere giderek dana fazla sorun olmaktadır. Agroendüstriyel yönden ülke ekonomisine büyük katkıları bulunan Ege Bölgesi'nde de halen değerlendirilmeyen veya kısmen değerlendirilen çok miktarda atık ve artık bulunmaktadır. Kullanılamayan atıklara en. iyi çözüm, atık borsalarının oluşturulması, dolayısıyla bir sektörün atığını başka bir sektörün kullanabilmesidir. Bu şekilde hem atıktan kaynaklanan çevre sorunları giderilmiş olur, hem de atık ülke ekonomisine katkıda bulunan bir girdi haline dönüştürülebilir. Çalışmada veri toplama çeşitli yollardan gerçekleştirilmiştir. Posta yoluyla işletmelere iletilen anketlerin yanısıra, sektörlerinde söz sahibi kişi ve kuruluşlarla temasa geçilerek eksik bilgilerin tamamlanması yoluna gidilmiştir. Çalışma dahilindeki işletmelerle birebir görüşmenin etkinliği de yadsınmayarak bu yolla da anket bilgileri derlenmiştir. Elde edilen bilgiler Microsoft Access Veritabanı programı ile düzenlenip işlenmiş, veritabanı oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma, karşılaşılan güçlükler nedeniyle bir takım eksiklikler içerse de, oluşturulan veritabanı, rahatlıkla genişletilebilecek ve güncelleştirilebilecek nitelikte olduğundan kolaylıkla bir atık borsasının temelini oluşturabilecektir

ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF WASTES OF AGROINDUSTRIES IN AEGEAN REGION ARSLAN, Güngör Ece Msc in Biotechnology Supervisor, Prof. Dr. Fazilet Vardar - Sukan August 1997, 50 pages In this study, evaluation of agroindustrial wastes in Aegean Region was carried out, the quantity of agroindustrial wastes, their present ways of utilization, distribution in the region and waste/product ratios were determined and a database was formed. Industrial wastes present a great problem for the companies at which they are produced or for the local authorities who are responsible for their disposal (municipalities, etc.). The Aegean Region makes a great contribution to the Turkish economy, and consequently enormous amounts of agroindustrial wastes are produced those are rarely utilized. The best solution for the unutilized wastes is forming waste exchange market enabling one company to utilize another's waste. These wastes can thus be disposed of and at the same time they will contribute to the country's economy. hi the study data were collected through several ways. Besides mailing the questionnaires to the companies, key people or institutions well informed on the topic, were contacted. The companies included in the study (most of them) were visited and interviewed personally. The data obtained were organized and processed by Microsoft Access database software, thus the database was formed. Although the study is incomplete due to the difficulties faced, the database formed has the potential for expanding and updating and thus can easily be the basis of a waste exchange market
