Ege Bölgesinde zeytin tarımında mekanizasyon düzeyinin belirlenmesi

X ABSTRAKT Bu araştırmada, Ege bölgesi'nde zeytinciliğin yoğun olarak yapıldığı Aydın, Balıkesir, İzmir ve Manisa illerinde zeytin yetiştiriciliğinde uygulanan mekanizasyon yöntemleri incelenmiş ve bölgenin zeytin tarımında mekanizasyon düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla bulunduğu yöreyi karakterize eden, benzer ve değişik özellikler gösteren işletmelerde anket çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Ege Bölgesin'de zeytin tarımında mekanizasyon düzeyinin düşük olduğu fakat mekanizasyon düzeyinin bir gelişme eğilimi içinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to investigate the mechanization methods that are applied to olive production and to determine the level of mechanization in the cities of Aydın, Balıkesir, Izmir and Manisa in the Egean region. For this purpose, a survey study was conducted in the farms that show similarities and differences. The selected farms were the ones that characterize the region. The results of this research showed that the mechanization level in olive production was found to be low but it showed a promising trend
