Özet
Gıda sektöründe ürünün rengi, kokusu, tadı vb. özellikleri esas alınarak yapılan kontrole kalitatif, ağırlık, boyut ve fiziksel özellikler esas alınarak yapılan kontrole kantitatif kalite kontrolü denir. Bu çalışmada hem kalitatif hem de kantitatif analizlere uygulanan istatistiksel bir analiz sürecinin aynı türden verilere uygulanması çalışması yapılmıştır.
It is called qualitative quality control when color, smell and taste of product is controlled and quantitative qu­ality control when weight, shape and physical property of a product is controlled in food sector. In this study I am interes­ted in statistical quality control both qualitative and quantitive approach. Finally an application is given.
