V ÖZET KASAPLIK PİLİÇLERİN BESLENMESİNDE FİTAZ ENZİMİ KULLANIMI ÜZERİNE ARAŞTIRMALAR YILMAZ, Yeşim Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Zootekni Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Prof. Dr. Ramazan ERKEK 20.04. 2000 71 sayfa Bu çalışma mısır ve soya küspesi temeline dayalı başlangıç ve bitiş kasaplık piliç karma yemlerine fitaz enzimi ilavesinin dışkı fosfor konsantrasyonu, fosfordan yararlanma, tibia kemik külü, tibia fosfor konsantrasyonu, canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık artışı, yem tüketimi ve yemden yararlanma gibi kriterler üzerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışma metabolizma kafeslerinde yürütülmüştür. DCP'sİz karma yeme 500 ve 1000 ppm fitaz enzimi ilavesi, DCP'li ve fitaz enzimi ilave edilmemiş karma yeme göre dışkı fosfor konsantrasyonunu düşürmüş ve fosfordan yararlanmayı artırmıştır. DCP'siz karma yeme 1000 ppm fitaz enzimi ilavesinin yarattığı etkinin aksine, 500 ppm fitaz enzimi ilavesi, DCPli ve fitaz enzimsiz karma yeme göre tibia kemik külü, tibia fosfor konsantrasyonu, canlı ağırlık artışı ve yem tüketimini azaltmıştır. DCP'siz karma yeme 500 ve 1000 ppm fitaz enzimi ilavesi canlı ağırlık üzerine olumlu etkideVI bulunmamıştır. VII ABSTRACT RESEARCHES ON THE USE OF PHYTASE ENZYME IN BROILER NUTRITION YILMAZ, Yeşim MSc in Department of Animal Science Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Ramazan ERKEK 20.04. 2000, 71 pages This study was carried out to the effects of supplementation of phytase enzyme to starter and finisher broiler diets to based on maize and soybean, on excreta phosphorus concentration, to get use of phosphorus, tibia bone ash, tibia phosphorus concentration, live weight, live weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion. This study was made metabolism cage. The supplementation of 500 and 1000 ppm phytase enzyme to diet without DCP, has decreased the excreta phosphorus concentration and increased to get use of phosphorus compared to diet with DCP and without phytase enzyme. The supplementation of 500 ppm to diet without DCP, has decreased the tibia bone ash, tibia phosphorus concentration, live weight gain and feed intake when compared to diet with DCP without phytase enzyme, in contrast with the supplementation of 1000 ppm phytase enzyme. The supplementation of 500 and 1000 ppm phytase enzyme to diet without DCP, doesn't have any positiveVIII effects the live weight. The supplementation of 500 and 1000 ppm phytase enzyme to diet without DCP has increased the feed conversion. Key words : Phytase enzyme, DCP, tibia, phosphorus, maize, soybean, broiler.
