| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma 20'si normotensif, 20'si preeklamptik olmak üzere toplam 40 gebe kadın üzerinde yapıldı. Tüm gebelerde 24 saatlik idrarla atılan kalsiyum miktarı tesbit edildi. 24 saatte idrarla atılan kalsiyum miktarları; Normotensif grupta 165±49.6 (mg/24h), preeklampsi grubunda 202.2+95.2 (mgr/24h) bulundu. Preeklamptik grupla normotensif gebelerde kalsiyum atılımı açısından anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was prospectively made on total 40 pregnant women, 20 normotensive and 20 preeklamptic. Quantities of calcium ecreated in urine within 24 hours of all pregnants were found out 24 hours urinary calcium ecretion results are as follows;Normotensive group 165+ 49.6: preeclamptics 202.2 ±95.2. The authors could not find any significant difference in calcium ecretion between pre-eclamptic and normotensive pregnants. | en_US |
