73 8. ÖZET Bu çalışmada Melez Deresi'nin çeşitli noktalarda bir yıl boyunca Anyonik yüzey aktif madde, nitrat, nitrit, amonyum, silikat, fosfat ayrıca bazı fiziko-kimyasal parametreler tespit edilmiş ve getirdiği yükler bulunmuştur. Melez Deresi'nden tespit edilen 5 istasyondan Aralık 1990-Kasım 1991 döneminde aylık periyotlarla su örneği alınmış ve yapılan analizler sonucunda ölçülen parametrelerin aşağıdaki sonuçlan elde edilmiştir. Anyonik Y.A.M. 0.000-6.928 mg/1, fosfat 0.09-2.98 mg/1, nitrat 0.000-1.599 mg/1, nitrit 0.007-1.531 mg/1, amonyum 0.32-79.03 mg/1, silis 6.29-174.20 mg/1. Melez Deresi'nin İzmir Körfezi'ne getirdiği yük miktarları ise, Anyonik Y.A.M. için 199.63 ton/yıl, fosfat için 122.17 ton/yıl, nitrat için 0.32 ton/yıl, nitrit için 14.32 ton/yıl, amonyum için 2363.21 ton/yıl, silis için 4930.37 ton/yıl olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada Melez Deresi'nden alınan yüzey suyu örneklerinden deterjanla nütrientler arasında korelasyon olup olmadığı araştırılmış ve şu sonuçlara varılmıştır. Deterjanın fosfatla korelasyonunda fosfat'ın ana kaynağının deterjan olmadığı, amonyum / fosfat ilişkisinin yüksek oluşu fosfatın birincil kaynağının fekal atıklar olduğu bulunmuştur. Deterjanla nitrat arasında ilişkinin bulunmaması kaynaklarının farklı olması ihtimali yüzündendir. Deterjanlı nitrit, amonyum ve silis arasında da güçlü bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Melez Deresi'nin İzmir Körfezi'ne boşalttığı yük Körfeze dökülen diğer derelere göre çok fazladır. Bu nedenle gerek Anyonik Y.A.M gerekse nutrient maddeler bakımından İzmir Körfezi için büyük problem arzetmektedir
74 9.SUMMARY The concentration of anionic surfactant, nitrate, nitrite, silicate, phosphate, arnonium and some physico-chemical parameters and their loading rates were determined. Water samples were taken from five stations that determined at the Melez River from December 1990 to November 1991. The results of these measured parameters were between 0.000-6.928 mg/1. for anionic surfactants, 0.09-2.98 mg/I. for phosphate, 0.00-1.599 mg/1. for nitrate, 0.007-1.531 mg/1 for nitrite, 0.32-79.03 mg/1 for arnonium and 6.29-174.20 mg/1. for silicate. The loading rates determined from Melez River to Izmir Bay are 199.63 ton/year for Anionic surfactant, 122. 17 ton/year for phosphate, 0.32 ton/year for nitrate, 14.32 ton/year for nitrite, 2363.24 ton/year for arnonium and 4930.37 ton/year for silicate. In addition, at this research, it is investigated if there is a correlation in surface water samples between detergent and nutrient conclusion of this study summarized in the following paragraphs. It was understood that the primary phosphate source is not detergent according to the findings weak correlation between detergent and phosphate. The better relationship between ammonium and phosphate emphasized that the primary phosphate source is fecal wastes. There is not a correlation between detergent and nitrate because of different waste sources. The significant correlations were not found among other parameters. Loading rates into Izmir Bay from Melez River is much higher than other rivers. For that reason, Melez River is an important problem for îzmir Bay in terms of anionic surfactant and nutrients.
