dc.description.abstractÖZET GEDİZ DELTASI SULAK ALANINDAN ALINAN SEDIMENT ÖRNEKLERİNDE BAZI AĞm METAL DÜZEYLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI SEMALAR,Ayşe Yüksek Lisans, Su Ürünleri Deniz ve İçsular Bilimleri Tez Tez Yöneticisi :Prof.Dr.Hatice PARLAK Eylül 1999, 35 Sayfa Bu çalışmada, Şubat 98-Mayıs 99 tarihlerinde Gediz deltasından seçilmiş olan 8 farklı istasyondan, alman sediment örneklerinde Krom(Cr), Kobalt(Co), Nikel (Ni), Bakır (Cu), Arsenik(As), Kadmiyum (Cd) ve Kurşun (Pb) birikimleri ppm düzeyinde araştırılmıştır. Yaş yakma metodu kullanılarak hazırlanan örneklerde ICP-MS kullanılarak ağır metal ölçümü yapılmıştır. Alman sonuçlara göre Gediz deltasında kirliliğin ileri boyutta olduğu görülmektedir. Tüm istasyonlardaki ağır metal miktarları yıl içinde farklılıklar göstermiştir. İstasyon 3'te yıl boyunca tüm ağır metal sonuçlarının diğer istasyonlara göre yüksek olması dikkati çekmektedir. dc.description.abstractn HEAVY METALS CONTENT OF SEDIMENT OF GEDIZ DELTA'S WET-LAND SEMALAJLAyşe Msc in Su Ürünleri Temel Bilimler Ana Bilim Dalı Supervisor.Prof. Dr.Hatice PARLAK September 1999, 35 pages In this study, the samples of sediment collected from nine different ststion in Gediz delta were analysed for heavy metals include; chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb).The results of the study were given as ppb levels.Using wet-ashing method, samples were digested and heavy metals levels were measured by ICP-MS. As a result of the study there were an increased amount of heavy metals pollution. During sampling period, heavy metals content of sediments have shown different amounts in all of the stations. It has been attracted the attentions that heavy metals in the sediment from 3th. Station has considerably high amounts comparing the other stations.
