dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında kıkırdaklı balıkların bazı genetik özellikleri ve Glaucostegus cemiculus türünün dört farklı bölgeden biyo-ekolojik özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma süresi boyunca Carcharhinus plumbeus, Mustelus mustelus, Mustelus punctulatus, Isurus oxyrinchus, Torpedo marmorata, Dasyatis pastinaca, Gymnura altavela ve Squatina squatina ile beraber 9 farklı tür elde edilmiş ve toplamda 615 örnek incelenmiştir. Bireylerin bazı genetik özelliklerini ortaya koyabilmek için doku parçalarından gen dizileri elde edilmiş. Ardından diziler hem GenBank hem de BOLD sisteminde kayıtlı türe ve primere ait diğer diziler ile karşılaştırılmış, Neigbor-Joinning ağacı üretilmiş, Network analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve sonuçlar ayrıca haritalanmıştır. G. cemiculus türünün genetik özelliklerinin yanı sıra biyo-ekolojik özelliklerini ortaya koyabilmek için mümkün olan her verisetinde bölgeler, tüm ve cinsiyetler ayrı ayrı boy-ağırlık ilişkileri, besin kompozisyonları, trofik seviyeleri, eşeysel olgunluk evreleri ve gonadosomatik indeks değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; her tür için ayrı ayrı geçekleştirilmiş genetik özelliklerinden türetilmiş bilgiler Türkiye sularından ilk defa gerçekleştirilmiştir. G. cemiculus türü üzerine bir boy-ağırlık ilişkisi dışında biyolojilerine yönelik Türkiye kıyılarından bir çalışma bulunmamakla birlikte doğu Akdeniz'de de bulunmamaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasının üretiği bilgilerin kıkırdaklı balıkların biyolojilerinin daha iyi anlaşılması ve gelecekteki koruma biyolojisi çalışmalarına temel oluşturması amaçlanmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis some genetic features of cartiliginous species and bio-ecological features of species Glaucostegus cemiculus from four different areas were examined. Throughout the study in total with Carcharhinus plumbeus, Mustelus mustelus, Mustelus punctulatus, Isurus oxyrinchus, Torpedo marmorata, Dasyatis pastinaca, Gymnura altavela and Squatina squatina 9 species were obtained and 615 individuals were examined. Gene sequences were obtained from tissue samples to investigate some genetic features of individuals. After that they were compared with corresponding species and primer uploaded both from GenBank and Bold system, Neighbor-Joinning trees were created, Network analysis were done and the results were mapped. Besides G. cemiculus genetic features, to be able to examine the bio-ecological features of the species were possiable for all sampling areas, individuals and sexes length-weight relationships, food composition, trophic level, sexual maturity stage and gonadosomatic indice values were estimated. In conclucion, genetic features from each species is a first for Turkish waters. Besides G. cemiculus length-weight relationship there is no other study on the species biology from Turish coasts as well as eastern Mediterranean. The information produced from this thesis is aimed to become basis to understand more clearly the cartiliginous species biology and for its feature conservation biology.en_US
