dc.description.abstractBağlı veri ile veb, sayısı her geçen gün artan birbirine bağlı ve dağıtık veri kümelerinden oluşan büyük ve tek bir bilgi ağı haline gelmektedir. Bu bilgi ağı üzerinde istenilen bilgiyi ve bu bilginin ilişkili olduğu diğer bilgileri kullanıcıya sunan uygulamalar geliştirmek mümkündür. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında bağlı veri üzerinde uygulama geliştirmek için hangi aktivitelerin hangi sırayla gerçekleştirilmesi gerektiğini belirten bir yöntem önerilmiş ve bu yöntem lojistik konteyner taşımacılığı alanında bir uygulamada uygulanmıştır. Önerilen yöntem, çevik pratikler ve ilkeler çerçevesinde şekillenmiş, çevik mimari ve çevik analiz yaklaşımlarından esinlenerek uygulama geliştirme ve bağlı veri üretme süreçlerini harmanlamıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith the linked data, web is became into huge and single knowledge graph which consists of increasing number of interconnected and distributed datasets. It is possible to develop applications over this knowledge graph to provide required and related information to the users. In the context of this thesis, a methodology that defines activities and orders of these activities to develop applications over the linked data is proposed. Also, this methodoloy is implemented in a key study in the logistics container transportation domain.The proposed methodology is shaped around the agile practices and principles and it is inspried by the agile analytics and agile architecture approaches while collating the linked data and application development life cycles.en_US
