6. SUMMARY In the literature researcnes don© during the work of this triesis,it has been found out that, many works on re sistance against Orobancne spp. and rac js of orobancne spp. have done in our country and tne worlu.Tnis works have been submitted as a summary in tne literature list of the thesis. In tne experiments repeated twice m tne years lyÖ> and I906.1S0, tomato, tobacco, aubergine and opium-poppy plants have been used as a materials. Ana also tne seeas of the Orobancne romosa L., which already parasited these, have been smeared on these experiment plants in the form of reciprocal interaction. According to the results obtained, eitner no Orobamche output has been observed or the output level nas remained at a very limited ratio such as 0,3 %.Also,a similar re sult has been obtained in the aubergine x tobacco (T) interaction. The most Orobancne spp. output nas been obser ved in the aubergine x tomato (T) interaction witn the average of V] %. Consequently, it nas been suggested that the works on tne races of Orobancne spp. and the resistance against Orobancne spp. must be increased.
