Aim: This study aimed to determine the case management and organization of the personnel using motorcycle ambulances in their working conditions, the cases they were directed to and the problems they encountered, the use of equipment, the security problems encountered, and the potential vulnerability problems. Materials and Method: In the study, the working conditions of motorcycle ambulances were interviewed in depth by utilizing the experiences of motorcycle ambulance workers in Turkey. It was conducted with a qualitative research method- A phenomenological study design. Snowball sampling from the purposive sampling method was used as a sample. Interviews were recorded, and after each interview, the interview was transcribed and organized as a written document. The interviews were transferred to the Maxqda program, transcribed, codes were extracted, and themes were created by combining the extracted codes. The data were analyzed by thematic analysis and content analysis methods. In the study, categorization was made. In the second stage, the categories were reorganized on the basis of the research questions, and finally, the category list was reorganized around the theoretical concepts of recovery. Findings: No previous study on the subject was found when the literature was reviewed. According to the research questions, the participants said they encountered security problems in most cases and that the places with security threats were quite high. In addition, another feedback mentioned that the participants had managerial problems, that there was no standardized clothing equipment and working order, that the training provided was insufficient, and that there were difficulties in case management alone. Conclusion: With effective management policies, the security problem should be minimized, and the teams providing pre-hospital emergency health services should work together with the police if necessary to prevent the security gap that may occur in the environment. Certain standards should be introduced for each province to ensure the use of the same engine brand, the equipment bag's content should be standardized, and working hours should be regulated. It is very important for safety that the motorized ambulance team consists of selected personnel and that the selected personnel undergo the same standard and comprehensive driving and technical training for each province.
