| dc.description.abstract | This article was written by the late Professor Akdes Nimet Kurat (d.1971), and found between the old documents of Professor İsmail Aka, who was then his latest assistant. the paper was prepared in the form of lecture notes, but today there is no such a detailed and comprehensive article about the Avars. Professor Kurat thoroughly examined in this essay all concerning first-hand sources. It is consists of 19 subtitles. We believe it is a good contribution to let the scholarly world know about this unpublished material, which is very convenient to use as a reading text in universities. | en_US |
