Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; kurutulmuş pavlonya yapraklarının yem değerini
ortaya koymak ve kaba yem alternatifi olma potansiyelini araştırmaktır. Bu
amaçla; 3 farklı mevsimde (bahar, yaz, güz) toplanan 2 tür pavlonya ağacı
yapraklarının ham besin madde içerikleri (KM: kuru madde, HP: ham protein,
HY: ham yağ, HK: ham kül) ile hücre çeperi içerikleri (NDF: nötral deterjan lif,
ADF: asit deterjan lif, hemiselüloz) saptanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada yaprakların
NYD (nispi yem değeri) ile in vitro metabolik enerji (ME ADF) değerleri de
hesaplanmıştır.
Elde edilen bulgulara göre; üç mevsimdeki KM içeriklerinde Tonzua(Y)
(%92.56)ve C-003(Y) (%92.44) arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunurken, diğerleri
arasındaki farklar önemli olduğu görülmüştür (P<0.05). Organik madde (OM)
içeriği olarak, Tonzua(Y) (%83.08) ile C-003(B) (%82.79) ve Tonzua(G)
(%80.68) ile C-003(G) (%80.67) arasındaki farklar önemsiz bulunmuş, diğerleri
arasındaki farklar önemli olarak bulunmuştur (P<0.05). HP içeriği olarak,
Tonzua(G) (%21.90) ile C-003(G) (%22.07) arasındaki fark dışında diğer farklar
önemli olarak saptanmıştır (P<0.05). Burada bahardan güze doğru gidildikçe HP
içeriği düşmüştür. HK içeriğinde, Tonzua(B) (%10.76) ile Tonzua(G) (%10.47)
ve Tonzua(Y) (%9.48) ile C-003(B) (%9.23) arasındaki farklar önemsiz, diğerleri
önemli olmuştur (P<0.05). NDF içeriğinde, üç mevsimdeki altı örneğe ait farklar
önemlidir (P<0.05). Buna göre, yaz aylarına yaklaştıkça iki türde de NDF içeriği
artmakta, güz aylarına doğru azalmaktadır. ADF içeriğinde, Tonzua(G) (%32.55), C-003(B) (%32.62) ve C-003(G) (%31.97) arasındaki farklar önemsiz, diğerleri
önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Buna göre, Tonzua için sıcak aylarda ADF
içeriklerinin güz dönemine göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. C-003 için
bahar ve güz aylarındaki farklar önemli olmasa da yaz aylarında ADF içeriğinin
daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. HEM içerikleri bakımından, Tonzua(B)
(%8.39), Tonzua(Y) (%9.17), Tonzua(G) (%8.41) ve C-003(B) (%9.25)
arasındaki farklar önemsiz, C-003(G) (%6.87) ve C-003(Y) (%4.54) arasındaki
farklar önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). ME değerinde, Tonzua(G) (9.82 MJ/kg), C-
003(B) (9.81 MJ/kg) ile C-003(G) (9.90 MJ/kg) arasındaki farklar önemsiz,
diğerleri önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). NYD bakımından C-003(G) (154)
mükemmel kalite, Tonzua(G) (146), C-003(B) (145), C-003(Y) (134), Tonzua(B)
(130), Tonzua(Y) (129) ise birinci kalitede yem kaynağı olarak
değerlendirilmiştir.
This research aims to establish the feed value of dried paulownia leaves and analyse their potential as a forage alternative. To this end, crude nutrient composition (DM: dry matter, OM: organic matter, CP: crude protein, EE: ether extract, CA: crude ash) of 2 types of paulownia leaves collected by 10s in 3 different seasons have been determined and their cell wall composition (NDF: neutral detergent fiber, ADF: acid detergent fiber, hemicellulose). Additionally, RFV (relative feed value) have been calculated of the leaf samples and in vitro metabolizable energy (MEADF). According to the findings, while the difference of DM compositions between Tonzua(Y) (92,56%) and C-003(Y) (92,44%) are insignificant, the others have been deemed significant (P<0,05). As OM composition, the differences between Tonzua(Y) (83,08%) and C-003(B) (82,79%), and between Tonzua(G) (80,68%) and C-003(G) (80,67%) have been deemed insignificant, the others have been deemed significant (P<0,05). As CP composition, except the difference between Tonzua(G) (21,90) and C-003(G) (22,07%), the other differences have been deemed significant (P<0,05). It has been observed that CP composition decreases from spring to autumn. In CA composition, the differences between Tonzua(B) (10,76%) and Tonzua(G) (10,47%) and between Tonzua(Y) (9,48%) and C-003(B) (9,23%) are insignificant, the differences between the others have been found to be significant (P<0,05). NDF composition, the differences in six samples in three seasons have been found to be significant (P<0,05). Accordingly, it has been observed that NDF composition in both types increases towards the summer months and decreases towards the autumn months. As ADF composition, the differences between Tonzua(G) (32,55%), C-003(B) (32,62%) and C-003(G) (31,97%) have been deemed insignificant, the others have been deemed significant (P<0,05). Accordingly, for Tonzua, it has been observed that ADF compositions are higher in warmer months than in autumn. While the difference between spring and autumn are insignificant for C-003, ADF composition in summer months has been observed to be higher. In regard to their HEM compositions, the differences between Tonzuıa(B) (8,39%), Tonzua(Y) (9,17%), Tonzua(G) (8,41%) and C-003(B) (9,25%) have been deemed insignificant, C- 003(G) (6,87%) and C-003(Y) (4,54%) have been deemed significant (P<0,05). In ME value, the differences between Tonzua(G) (9,82 MJ/kg), C-003(B) (9,81 MJ/kg) and C-003(G) (9,90 MJ/kg) are insignificant, the others have been found to be significant (P<0,05).
