Bu çalışma arpa temeline dayalı etlik piliç karma yemlerine enzim, antibiyotik ve enzim+antibiyotik ilavesinin canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık artışı, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma, bağırsak pH'sı ve viskozitesi, yapışkan dışkılı hayvan sayısı oranı, karkas ve abdominal yağ ağırlığı üzerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Bu amaçla l. grup kontrol olmak üzere 4 grup oluşturulmuştur. İkinci gruba 20 mg antibiyotik, 3. gruba 500 mg enzim, 4. gruba 20 mg antibiyotik+500 mg enzim ilave edilmiştir. Etlik piliç karma yemlerine enzim ve antibiyotik+enzim ilavesi deneme sonu canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık artışı ve karkas ağırlığını önemli düzeyde etkilemiştir (P>0.01). Etlik piliç yemlerine antibiyotik ve antibiyotik + enzim ilavesi bağırsak içeriğinin viskozitesini düşürmüştür. Abdominal yağ ve pH ise etkilenmemiştir.
This experiment has been prepared to find out how body weight, body weight gain, feed consumption, feed efficiency, intestinal pH, viscosity of the intestinal digesta, frequency of sticky droppings, carcass weight and abdominal fat have affected by adding antibiotics, enzyme and antibiotic+enzyme to the broiler chicks feeds based on barley. Four groups have been formed one of which in is the control 2nd group was given 20 mg antibiotic, for the 3rd group 500 mg enzyme, for 4 th one 20 mg antibiotic + 500 mg enzyme were used as additive to the feeds. When enzyme and antibiotic + enzyme added body weight, body weight gain and carcass weight have increased (P>0.01). When antibiotic, antibiotic + enzyme added viscosity intestinal digesta have decreased. It has also been found out that there was no change with abdominal fat and intestinal pH.
