Biyogaz sistemlerine bölgesel ve makro ekonomik yaklaşım: Torbalı örneği

Biyogaz sistemleri hem enerji hem de fermente gübre sağlaması açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu sistemlerin kurulması ile hem bölgede hem de ülkede ekonomik açıdan olumlu etkiler yaşanması beklenmektedir. Bu duruma ek olarak çevresel açıdan, istihdam açısından ve sağlık açısından da olumlu etkileri olacağı bilinmektedir. Bu bağlamda yapılmış olan bu tez çalışmasında biyogaz sistemlerine hem bölgesel hem de makroekonomik bakış açısıyla yaklaşılmıştır. İzmir'in Torbalı ilçesinde büyükbaş hayvan atıkları ile kurulabilecek farklı tipteki biyogaz sistemleri için ekonomik, çevresel ve istihdam açısından analizler yapılmıştır. Burada biyogaz sistemleri; yerinde kurulum biyogaz sistemleri, köy tipi biyogaz sistemleri ve merkezi biyogaz sistemleri olacak şekilde üç farklı senaryo ele alınmıştır. Bu analizlerin bir sonucu olarak bölgede yaratacağı etkiler incelenmiş, ayrıca biyogaz sistemlerinin Torbalı ilçesinde kurulumundan kaynaklanabilecek maliyet analizleri, gelirler, karbondioksit emisyon hesaplamaları ve istihdam verileri elde edilmiştir. Bu verilerin sonuçları karşılaştırmalı bir yöntem olarak gösterilmiştir.

Biogas systems are essential in terms of providing both energy and fermented fertilizers. With the establishment of these systems, it is expected that there will be positive economic effects both in the Torbalı region and the country. In addition to this situation, it is known that it will have positive results in terms of environment, employment, and health. In this thesis, which was conducted in this context, biogas systems were approached from a regional and macroeconomic perspective. Economic, environmental, and employment analyses have been made for different biogas systems that can be established with bovine waste in the Torbalı district of İzmir. This thesis discusses the biogas systems in three different scenarios: on-site installation biogas systems, village-type biogas systems, and centralized biogas systems. As a result of these analyses, the effects to be created in the region were examined. Also, cost analyses, revenues, carbon dioxide emission calculations, and employment data that may arise from installing biogas systems in the Torbalı district are obtained.
