Ganglionöroma sempatik sinir sisteminin nadir rastlanan benign bir tümörüdür. Ganglionöroma kendiliğinden oluşabileceği gibi nöroblastomanın kemoterapi ya da radyoterapi ile terapisi sonrası gelişebilir. Bu çalışmada 24 yaşındaki olguda laparatomi ile komplet rezeksiyonu yapılan ve ganglionöroma tanısı konulan pelvik retroperitoneal kitle sunulmuştur.
Ganglioneuroma is an uncommon benign tumor of the sympathetic nervous system. Ganglioneuroma may occur spontaneously or after therapy for neuroblastoma with either chemotherapy or radiation therapy. We report a 24-year-old female patient with a pelvic retroperitoneal mass which revealed ganglioneuroma after complete resection of the mass by laparatomy.
