| dc.description.abstract | Tarımsal amaçlı yapılara ait projelerin uygulanabilmesi için ilk adım, bazı yasal prosedürlerin yerine getirilerek, inşaat izninin (yapı ruhsatı) alınmasıdır. Tarımsal yapı projelerinin uygulanabilirliğini doğrudan etkileyen söz konusu prosedürler, zaman içinde yasal düzenlemelerle değişmekte ve bu nedenle pek çok yatırımcı ve proje müellifi tarafından yeni düzenlemeler çok iyi bilinmemektedir. Bu çalışmada, tarımsal amaçlı yapıların ruhsatlandırılması için uygulanan prosedürler, mevcut yasal hükümler ile 2008 yılında revize edilerek yürürlüğe giren ve İzmir, Manisa ve Kütahya illerini kapsayan çevre düzeni planı uygulama hükümlerin yanı sıra, uygulamadan sorumlu yetkililer ile yapılan görüşmeler dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In order to apply projects of agricultural structures, first step is getting of building permit by the way of implementing some legal procedures. These procedures which affect directly the applicability of projects of agricultural structures are changed by regulation of new laws with time and because of this reason most of investors and project makers do not know very well these new regulations. In this study, the procedures applied for getting building permit for agricultural structures were examined, taking into consideration the interviews with the authorized staffs, together with the current laws and decrees of the environmental arrangement plan which was gone into effect in 2008 and included the provinces as Izmir, Manisa and Kütahya. | en_US |
