Özet
SUMMARY Sea-bream farming is an everly introduced agricultural enterprise which as come into apperance in early 1980 s. The aim of this research has been to anal ise the sea-bream farming enterprises from a structurel and economic point of view at farm level and to point out the problems of sea-bream farming. At this research has been working by enviry with 25 directors of administration by using way of the complete census. t. The quantity of sea-breams by growing in 1990 has been about 700 tons. It has been to calculate more than 1000 tons the quantity of sea-breams in 1991. The fish farms were found to be located mostly far from city centers and small boys which closed to stationary commonwind. The buildings usually has founded simple, easy founding at this fish farming. It was observed that the fish farms had no adequate physical and economic plans or progeets.lt has problems of elektric and communication. Most of the farmers were middle-aged and had low levels of education and think a second job about the fish farming. There is not enough technical person in the farms.The average:- of- the total assets of the studied -Farms was.found to be about 450.000.000 TL /Kg. Fish stock made up the major item in this total, having a shore o-f 75 '/. in total assests.ln the -fish farmings, tool and machine inventory, second important item and had a shore of 9 7. in total assests The annual gross were returns calculated to be 765.448 TL as averages at the fish farms and was calculated to be 17.000 TL/Kg of cost the sea-breams. The proportion of the brut returns at operating expenses was founded to be 1.98 and was found to be 198.253 TL.as the brut returns and 100. 000 TL.as the operating expenses. 4 sort of channel marketing sre used at fish mar kert i ng in the fish farms. There are 2 used channel marketing in domestic market and markets fish about 350 tons. The quantity of the marketed sea-breams at these two channel is about 350-400 tons. The highest quantity of marj is in the used channels marketing is in the second channel marketing, having a shoreof 65 7. and the quantity of the marj is 35.000 TL. as averages at this channel. The interpretation of the analysis based on different criteria suggented that fish farming was more profitable. However, such tanks on the choise of the location, the physical planning and the feasibility studies of the fish farms have not been handled appropriately. When the problems of providing the farms with adequate amounts of proper feed stuff, fish roes and credit are resolved and the organisational handicaps overcome, the potential resources of" the region will be more efficiently used;and fish farming will become.more promising enterprice.
