Homa dalyanı (İzmir Körfezi) bentik ve planktonik dinoflagellatları ve ortam koşullarıyla ilişkisi

Bu tezde, Homa Dalyanı planktonik ve bentik dinoflagellat türlerinin bu bölgedeki dağılımının saptanması ve belirlenen türlerin dalyanın fizikokimyasal koşulları ile birlikte değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda 4 ayrı istasyondan 1 yıllık periyotta aylık örnekleme yapılmıştır. Fiziksel parametrelerden sıcaklık, tuzluluk, pH ve oksijen ölçümleri; kimyasal parametrelerden ise amonyum, nitrit, nitrat, ortofosfat, reaktif silisyum ve klorofil-a analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan örneklemenin sonucunda 32 adet planktonik ve 4 adet bentik olmak üzere toplam 36 adet dinoflagellat türü saptanmıştır. Bu türlerin bulunma sıklıkları incelenmiş ve tür çeşitliliği ile tür zenginliği istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

In this thesis, it's aimed to determine the distribution of planktonic and benthic dinoflagellate species of Homa Lagoon in this region and to evaluate the identified species with the physico-chemical conditions of the lagoon. Accordingly, monthly sampling was conducted from 4 stations over one year period. As a physical parameters temperature, salinity, pH and dissolved oxygen and as a chemical parameters ammonium, nitrite, nitrate, orthophosphate, reactive silica and chlorophyll-a was conducted. As a result of the sampling, 32 planktonic species and 4 benthic species was determined as 36 species determined in total. It was analysed that the frequencies of these species and species richness, species diversity was evaluated statistically
