Bir vulvar fordyce anjiokeratoma olgusu

Amaç:Anjiokeratomlar, benign, hiperkeratozik yüzeyli damarsal papüler lezyonlardır. Vulvar anjiokeratom kadınlarda genital bölgede nadir görülen bir deri hastalığı olup etyopatogenezi tam olarak anlaşılamamıştır. Olgu sunumu: Vulvada çok sayıda kırmızı papüler lezyonları ve alt ekstremitelerde variköz genişlemeleri olan 56 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmaktadır. Sonuç: Histopatolojik inceleme tipik anjiokeratom özellikleri gösterdi. Bu olguda vulvadaki anjiokeratom lezyonlarının alt ekstremitelerdeki yüksek venöz basınca sekonder olabileceği düşünüldü.

Objective:Angiokeratomas are benign vascular papules that have an overlying hyperkeratotic surface. Vulvar angiokeratoma is a rare skin disease observed in females on the genital re-gion and etiopathogenesis of the disease is unclear. Case report: A female patient of 56 -year-old is presented, who had multiple red papules on the vulva and varicose dilatations on the lower extremities. Conclusion: Histopathological examination showed typical features of angiokeratomas. in this case, we thought that the angiokeratomas of the vulva might be secondary to high venous pressure on the lower extremities.
