Bir inflamatuar meme karsinomu olgusu

Metastatik deri karsinomları açısından dişi sekste en sık rastlanılan primer organ memedir. Sol meme tümörü olan 66 yaşındaki kadın olguya mastektomi uygulandı. Histopatolojik tetkik sonucu invaziv duktal karsinoma olarak bildirildi. Tümör mastektomiden 4 yıl sonra deri metastazı ile rekürrens gösterdi. Hastaya klinik ve histopatolojik bulgulara göre "inflamatuar meme karsinomu" tanısı konuldu.

In women, the most common primary tumor site which metastases to the skin is the breast. A 66 year-old woman case had left breast tumour exposed to mastectomy. Histopathological examination was reported as "invasive ductal carcinoma". the tumour showed recurrence with skin metastase four years after mastectomy. the patient was diagnosed as "inflammatory carcinoma of the breast" due to clinic and histopathologic findings.
