dc.description.abstractAmaç: Fossa cranii posterior hayati öneme sahip çoğu yapının küçük bir alanda bulunduğu bölgedir. Bölgenin cerrahi olarak topografik anatomisinin bilinmesi özellikle angulus pontocerebellaris tümörleri ve akustik nörinomlara müdahale açısından önemlidir. Çalışmanın amacı bölgeyi yüzeyelden derine doğru diseke ederek fossa cranii posteriordaki yapıların morfometrik ölçümlerini ve burada yerleşim gösteren nörovasküler yapıların varyasyonlarını değerlendirmektir. Yöntem: Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalı Makroskopi Salonu’nda bulunan 10 adet %10 formalinle fikse erkek kadavra başı yüzeyelden derine doğru diseke edilerek yapılar değerlendirildi ve morfometrik ölçümleri yapıldı. Bulgular: Asterion - spina suprameatica arası mesafe sağda ortalama 40,16 mm solda ise 40,04 mm idi. Asterion - processus mastoideus arası mesafe ölçümleri sağda ortalama 50,99 mm; solda ise 50,90 mm olarak ölçüldü. SCA çapı sağda ortalama 1,09 mm, solda ise 1,12 mm olarak ölçüldü. AICA çapı ortalaması sağda 1,12 mm solda ise 0,91 mm olarak bulundu. N. trigeminus, n facialis arası alan ortalaması sağda 43,15 mm², solda ise 34,15 mm² olarak bulundu. Sonuç: Bölgede bulunan kranial sinirler ve arterlerin anatomik özellikleri değerlendirilmiş, birbirleri ile ilişkileri tanımlanmıştır. Bölgedeki yapıların ve birbirleri ile ilişkilerinin son derece varyatif ve karmaşık olabildiği gösterilmiş ve daha önce bu konuda yapılan çalışmalarda elde edilen bulgularla karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz bulguların bu alanda çalışan bilim insanları için faydalı olacağını düşünmekteyiz.en_US
dc.description.abstractAim: Posterior fossa is a region where most of the vital structures are located in a small area. Surgical topographic anatomy of the region is important especially in the treatment of angulus pontocerebellaris tumors and acoustic neurinomas. The aim of this study was to evaluate the morphometric measurements of the structures in the posterior fossa by dissecting the area from the superficial to the deeper and the variations of the neurovascular structures located here. Methods: Ten 10% formalin fixed male cadaver heads were dissected from the surface to the deep and the structures were evaluated and morphometric measurements were made. Results: Asterion - spina suprameatica distance mean was 40,16 mm on the right and 40,04 mm on the left. Distance measurements mean between asterion and processus mastoideus 50,99 mm on the right; on the left was measured as 50,90 mm. The mean diameter of the SCA was 1.09 mm on the right and 1.12 mm on the left. The mean AICA diameter was 1,12 mm on the right and 0,91 mm on the left. The mean area between n. trigeminus and n. facialis was 43.15 mm² on the right and 34.15 mm² on the left. Conclusion: The anatomical features of the cranial nerves and arteries in the region were evaluated and their relationships with each other were described. It has been shown that the structures in the region and their relationships with each other can be highly variational and complex, and compared with the findings obtained in the studies conducted previously. We think that our findings will be beneficial for scientists working in this field.en_US
