Bellek Yönetimi ve Edebiyat: Türk Ulusal Kimliğinin İnşası ve Tarihi Romanlar

Çalışmanın temel amacı, ulusal kimlik inşası sürecinde “geçmişe dair ortak bilgi”nin önemini vurgulamak ve bu bilginin yaratılması için kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan tarihi romanlar üzerinden Türk ulusal kimliğinin inşa sürecini anlamaya çalışmaktır. Bu amaçla resmi tarih tezlerinin popüler tarihi romanlara nüfuz ediş biçimi incelenecek; popüler mecraların resmi tarih tezlerinin yaygınlaşmasında sağladığı etkiler tartışılacaktır.

The main objective of this article is to indicate the importance of a “common knowledge on the past“ for the construction of national identity and to probe this process by showing the functions of historical novels. the article also attempts to indicate the penetration of the official historical thesis to the popular historical novels and how these novels facilitate the circulation of official historical knowledge.
