dc.description.abstractTürkiye evcil keçilerinin işkembe siliyat faunasının araştırılmasını kapsayan bir çalışma esnasında, kaudal bir yelpazeye sahip olan iki Diplodinium türü, yani Diplodinium crista-galli ve D. flabellum Türkiye'deki geviş getiren memelilerden ilk kez gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu çalışma Diplodinium flabellum'm keçilerin işkembe içeriklerinde bulunduğuna ilişkin ilk kayıttır. Belirlenen her iki tür ve formaları orijinal deskripsiyonlan ve dha önceki çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak, benzerlik ve farklılıkları tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractDuring the course of an investigation on the rumen ciliate fauna of the Turkish domestic goats, the two species of Diplodinium possessing a caudal fan, Diplodinium crista-galli and D. flabellum were observed for the first time in a host in Turkey. Moreover, the present study reports for the first time the presence of Diplodinium flabellum in the rumen of goats. The two species and their strains were compared with their original descriptions and previous reports and the similarities and differences were discussed.en_US
