Sera domates yetiştiriciliğinde Bambus terrestrisin verim ve kaliteye etkileri üzerinde araştırmalar

IV ÖZET SERA DOMATES YETİŞTİRİCİLİ?İNDE Bombus terrestris' in VERİM VE KALİTEYE ETKİLERİ ÜZERİ N D E A R A ŞTI RM A LA R ALTIN, Özden Yüksek lisans tezi, Bahçe Bitkileri Ana Bilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Doç Dr. Yüksel Tüzel Ağustos. 70 sayfa Yapılan bu çalışmada farklı tozlanmaya yardım uygulamalarının meyve tutumu oranı, verim ve meyve kalitesine etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. 1995-1996 yıllarında E. Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait seralar ve laboratuarlar da yürütülen araştırmada Elif 190 Ft Hibrit domates çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Deneme 2 ayrı serada yürütülmüştür. Deneme 1 'de yer alan uygulamalar: Kontrol: Hiç bir uygulama yapılmamıştır. Vibrator: Haftada iki kez 1-2 s süre ile çiçek salkımları saat 10°°- 1200 arası sarsılmıştır. Hormon: Pandomine (4-CPA) isimli ticari preparat her salkım için bir defa olmak üzere 1 ppm dozunda bandırma yöntemiyle uygulanmıştır. Deneme 2' de yer alan uygulamalar. Bombus teırestris+vibrasyotrbombus arılarına ilaveten haftada 2 kez 1-2 s süre ile saat 10°°- 12°° arası vibrasyon uygulaması yapılmıştır. Bombus terrestris:Üretim dönemi boyunca 4 adet bombus arı kovanı kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, deneme I 'de hormon uygulamasının, deneme 2'de ise Bombus terestris uygulamasının toplam verimi arttırdığı ve bombus uygulamasının hormon uygulamasına göre %1 1.22'lik, Vibrasyon ve kontrol uygulamalarına göre sırasıyla % 45.41 ve % 106.57'lik verim artışı sağladığı görülmüştür. ABSTRACT INVESTIGATIONS ON THE EFFECTS OF Botnhus tcrrestris ON YIELD AND QUALITY OF TOMATO GROWN ALTİN, Özden Msc in Agriculture Eng. Supervisor: Doç Dr. Yüksel Tüzel August 1997,70 sayfa Present studies were carried out to assess the effects of different supplementary ways of pollination under greenhouse conducting on fruit set percentage, yield and fruit quality of Fi Hybrid tomato cultivar Elif 190. Studies were conducted in two of different greenhouse and laboratory during the year 1995-1996. During the fist experiment two treatments including control, vibration of cluster for the period of 1-2 second in a week during 10°°-1200 and deeping cluster in 1 ppm solution of Pandomine (4-CPA) alongwith control. During second experiment 4 hives of bumble bees(Bombus terrestris) were put inside the greenhouse and in addition to this, Vibration was greenhouse twice a week for Result obtained from hormone application in first trial and use of Bombus terrestris n second trial were responsible for increase in total yield. Use of Bombus bees exhibited 1 1.22% more yield as compare to hormone treatment while as compare vibration and control increase was 45.41% and 106.57 % respectively.
