Özet
Kent içerisinde mevcut doğal yeşil alanlar korunarak yeşil alanların
bütünlüğünün sağlanmasında yardımcı eleman olarak yer alan yeşil çatılar, önemli
rol oynamaktadır Yeşil çatılar; sahip oldukları ekonomik, ekolojik, sosyal ve
rekreatif işlevleri ile insan yaşamında rolü göz önüne alınarak, doğal ve yaşanabilir
bir çevreye katkı sağlayan bir araç olarak planlanmalıdır.
Bu tez çalışmasında, alternatif yeşil alanlarda İstanbul örneğinde 6 farklı
uygulama ele alınmıştır. Bu alanların görsel kalite belirlenmesinde her bir alanı
temsil edecek fotoğraflar seçilirken; toplamda 60 fotoğraftan 24 fotoğraf seçilmiş
ve ankette kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen fotoğraflarda 8 parametre ( ilginçlik,
rahatlatıcı, çekici, doğal, sıradan, hareketli, huzurlu, etkileyici ) 5’li likert ölçeğine
göre 112 uzman kişi tarafından puanlandırılmıştır. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme
kullanılarak örnek hacmi %5, hata payı ve %95 güvenilirlikte belirlenerek
çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda alternatif çatı bahçeleri çatı ve dikey bahçelerin de
görsel kalitesi değerlendirilmiştir.
Green roofs which play an important role in ensuring the integrity of the green areas by preserving the existing natural green spaces in the city has an important role. Green roofs; they should be planned as a tool that contributes to a natural and livable environment by considering their economic, ecological, social and recreational functions and their role in human life. In this study, six different applications in the case of İstanbul in alternative green areas are discussed. In determining the visual quality of these areas, the photographs representing each area were selected; A total of 24 photographs were selected from 60 photographs and used in the questionnaire. In the photographs, 8 parameters (interesting, relaxing, attractive, natural, ordinary, active, peaceful, impressive) were scored by 112 experts on a 5-point Likert scale. Using simple random sampling, the sample volume was determined by 5% error margin and 95% reliability. Consequently, the study, visual quality of alternative roof gardens roof and vertical gardens were evaluated.
