Özet
Bu çalışma besin eriyiği yönetiminin kapalı sistem şeklinde uygulandığı, merdiven şeklinde (A-shape) dizayn edilen sistemlerde yapılan sera çilek yetiştiriciliğinde besleyici film tekniği (NFT) ve ortam kültüründe kullanılan perlit ve perlit+torf (1:1)(v/v)’un verim ve kalite üzerine etkilerini saptamak amacıyla 2006/2007 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada uygulamalara ilişkin verim ve bazı meyve kalite özellikleri saptanmıştır. Uygulamalar arasında besleyici film tekniğinden en fazla meyve (34.789 adet/bitki), erkenci (40.8 g/bitki) ve toplam verim (387.52 g/bitki) elde edilirken en yüksek meyve ağırlığı (13.128 g) perlite+torf (1:1) (v/v) ortamından elde edilmiştir
This experiment was conducted during the years of 2006 and 2007 to determine the effects of two closed soilless culture techniques namely nutrient film technique (NFT) and substrate culture (perlite or 1:1 (v/v) perlite+peat) used in "AShape" system on strawberry (cv. Sweet Charlie) growing in an unheated greenhouse condition. in the experiment; yield and some fruit quality parameters were determined. According to the results, soilless culture techniques were found significantly effective on yield and fruit quality. Nutrient film technique gave the highest fruit number (34.789 no/plant), early (40.8 g/plant) and total yield (387.52g/plant). in terms of fruit weight, (1:1)(v/v) perlite+peat gave the highest value (13.128 g).
