Özet
Araçta ön yolcu koltuğunda annesinin kucağında oturtularak seyahat eden 2 yaşında olgu, şehir içinde meydana gelen trafik kazası sonucu açılan hava yastığı ile annesi arasında sıkışarak genel vücut ve kafa travması ile acil servise başvurmuştur. Acile getirildikten sonra kardiyopulmoner arrest gelişmiş, ancak yapılan kardiyopulmoner resusitasyon ile geri dönmüştür. Olgunun yapılan muayene ve tetkiklerinde; sağ akciğer kontüzyonu, sol radius kırığı, sol klavikula kırığı ve intraserebral kanama (yaygın lateral ventrikül, yaygın subaraknoidal, mezensefalon ve punktal kanama), hidrosefali, spinal kord ödemi, ekstramedüller-intramedüller BOS birikimi saptanmıştır. Hava yastığı bulunan araçlarda çocukların ön yolcu koltuğunda ve özellikle kucakta taşınarak seyahat ettirilmesinin tehlikesine dikkat çekmek açısından ilginç bulunan olgu sunulmuştur.
The 2-year old case referred to emergency service due to an overall body and head trauma since she was squeezed between the air bag and her mother because of the car accident occurred when she was riding on her mothers lap in front seat of the car. After she arrived at emergency department a cardiopulmonary arrest developed but she was returned through a cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Upon examinations and tests the followings were detected; contusion inright lung, fracture in left clavicula, fracture in left radius and intracerebral bleeding (diffused lateral ventricle, diffused subarachnoidal, mecencephalon and punctual bleeding), hydrocephaly, spinal cord edema, extramedullary-intramedullary BOS accumulation. The reason for presenting this case was to draw attention to hazards of giving ride children in front seat and especially on the lap in cars where there air bags.
