Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı sensör kullanım alanına temel oluşturacak fotokromik boya içeren nanolif yüzeylerin elektrolif çekim yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmesi ve elde edilen bu yüzeylerin morfolojik ve renk açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla öncelikle farklı konsantrasyonlarda termoplastik poliüretan kullanılarak nanolif yüzeyler üretilmiştir. En uygun termoplastik poliüretan konsantrasyonu belirlendikten sonra lif çekim çözeltisine farklı konsantrasyonlarda fotokromik boya ilave edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda çözücü olarak dimetilformamid ve dimetilformamid:diklormetan karışımı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen fotokromik nanolif yüzeylerin morfolojik ve renk özellikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Nanolif yüzeylerin mikroskop görüntüleri incelendiğinde düzgün nanolif yapılarının oluştuğu görülmüştür. Ultraviyole ışık etkisi ile nanolif yüzeylerin renk değiştirme özellikleri incelendiğinde, renklenmenin fotokromik boya konsantrasyonu ile ilişkili olmadığı görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to obtain the photochromic dye-containing nanofiber surfaces by using the electrospinning method which will be the basis of sensor usage area and to evaluate the morphological and color properties of the obtained photochromic nanofiber surfaces. For this purpose, firstly, nanofibers were produced by using thermoplastic polyurethane at different concentrations. After the optimum concentration of thermoplastic polyurethane was determined, photochromic dye was added at different concentrations to the fiber spinning stock solution. In this context, dimethylformamide and dimethylformamide: dichloromethane solvent systems are used as solvent. The morphological and color features of the obtained photochromic nanofiber surfaces were evaluated. When microscope images of the obtained nanofiber surfaces were examined, it was observed that uniform nanofiber structures were formed. When the color change properties of the nanofiber surfaces with Ultraviolet light effect were investigated, it was seen that the coloration was not related to the photochromic dye concentration.
