Özet
Bu çalışmada, hazır giyim sektöründe dokuma ve örme giyim gruplarından seçilen gömlek ve T-Shirt hazır giyim ürünlerinin ön maliyetlendirmesine etki eden faktörler belirlenerek, analiz edilmiştir. Ön maliyet bileşenleri, yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre kumaş, yardımcı malzeme, işçilik ve genel gider maliyeti olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Birim kumaş miktarı ve ürün birim maliyetini hızlı şekilde elde etmeye olanak sağlayan formülasyonlar geliştirilmiş ve bir bilgisayar programı tasarlanmıştır. Bu program, ürün teknik bilgileri ve maliyet bileşenleri sisteme sırasıyla girildikten sonra ürün toplam birim maliyetini raporlayacak şekilde geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen formüller İzmir'de faaliyet gösteren firmalardan seçilen 12 adet gömlek ve 10 adet T-Shirt ürünleri üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Birim kumaş miktarları ve maliyetleri, tasarlanan program ile hesaplanmış ve gerçek değerler ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Geliştirilen program, kumaş maliyetinin hızlı ve optimal verimlilik ile hesaplanması, işletmenin tüm pazarlama çalışanlarının, sipariş olarak alınmamış ürün veya koleksiyonun ön maliyet sürecinde hesaplanması gerekli olan birim kumaş miktarı bilgisi için modelhane bölümüne duydukları ihtiyacı kaldırarak sadece ürün teknik dosyasını kullanmasıyla ürün birim maliyetini kolayca hesaplayabilmeleri bunun sonucunda müşteriye hızlı geri dönüşlerle gerçeğe en yakın değerlerde fiyatlandırma bilgisi verilmesi avantajlarını sunmaktadır. Bilgisayar programının arayüzü, Visual Studio ve DevExpress programları kullanılarak C# programlama dilinde hazırlanmıştır. Uygulamanın tasarımı Windows ortamında görüntülenebilecek düzeyde oluşturulmuştur.
In this study, factors affecting the pre-costing of shirts and T-Shirt garments selected from weaving and knitting apparel groups in the garment sector were determined and analyzed. Preliminary cost components are classified as fabric, supplementary material, workmanship and overhead cost according to the analysis results. Formulations were developed that allow the unit amount of fabric and unit cost to be achieved quickly and a computer program was designed. The program was developed to report the total unit cost of the product after the product technical information and cost components have been entered in the system respectively. The developed formulas were assayed 12 shirts and 10 T-shirt products which selected from companies in Izmir. Unit fabric quantities and costs were calculated by the designed program and compared with real values. The developed program offers advantages that calculation of fabric cost quickly and with optimal efficiency, all merchandiser of the company can easily calculate the product unit cost using only the product technical file by eliminating the need for the pattern design section for the amount of unit fabric information required to calculate during not taken as an order the preliminary cost period of product or collection. The interface of the computer program was written in C # programming language using Visual Studio and DevExpress programs.
