dc.description.abstractTÜRKÇE ABSTRACT ( en fazla 250 sözcük ) : ( TÜBİTAK/TÜRDOK'un Abstrakt Hazırlama Kılavuzunu kullanınız. ) Türkiye'de televizyon haberciliğinde etik ilkelerle ilgili yeterli çalışmanın olmaması ve TV haberciliğinde bu ilkelere gereken önemin verilmemesi^ etik ilkeler çerçevesinde haberciliğin nasıl olması gerektiği konusunda araştırma yapmamızın başlıca nedenini oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde etik kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Kavramm, zaman ve toplumsal etkiler nedeniyle uğradığı değişiklik, çağlarında, etkin olan üç filozofun çalışmalarına dayanılarak açıklanmıştır. Etik anlayışındaki bu değişim, haber etiğinde yaşanan farkk uygulamalara ışık tutmaktadır. Birinci bölümde ayrıca, televizyon yayınlarında yapılan etik ihlalleri de ele alınmıştır, ikinci bölümde, güncel örnekler çerçevesinde, Türkiye'de özel televizyonlardaki habercilik anlayışı tartışılmıştır. Çalışmanın, son bölümünde, Kanal D ve ATV televizyonlarının habercilik anlayışı üzerinde yoğunlaşılnuş, bu kanalların -diğer özel TV'lere de örnek olabilecek nitelikteki özdenetim kurma çalışmaları, incelenmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractİNGİLİZCE ABSTRACT (en fazla 250 sözcük ): In this study, we investigated how the journalism should be with respect to- the principles of ethics. Inadequate number of study about the ethics principles and the little consideration given on this subject in TV news in Turkey have been the main- reasons for us to perform this study. In the first chapter of our study, the concept of ethics was investigated. Based, on the works of three philosopher who influenced their era, the change of the concept with time and social feetor* is described. This variation in the understanding of ethics enlights the different applications in the ethics of news. Furthermore, in the first chapter, ethic infrengements made in the TV news was examined: In the second chapter, the understanding of TV news in the private Turkish channels was discussed by giving actual examples. In the last chapter of our study, we concentrated on the concept of journalism followed by Kanal D and ATV and examined their work on the self-control mechanism that can constitute a good example for other private channels.en_US
