dc.description.abstractHEMŞİRELİK AKTİVİTELERİ PUANLAMA FORMU'NUN TÜRKÇE GEÇERLİLİK VE GÜVENİLİRLİĞİ Araştırma, Hemşirelik Aktiviteleri Puanlama Formu'nun Türk toplumu için geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini sınamak, geçerli ve güvenillir puanlama formunu literatürümüze kazandırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Kültürel adaptasyon aşamalarının ardından Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Hastanesi İç Hastalıkları Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi ve Anestezi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde tedavi gören erişkin 230 hastaya uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Bireysel Tanıtım Formu, Akut Fizyoloji ve Kronik Sağlık Değerlendirmesi II (APACHE II), Hemşirelik Aktiviteleri Puanlama Formu (NAS), Tamamlayıcı Hemşirelik Aktiviteleri Formu kullanılmıştır. NAS'ın güvenilirlik analizlerinde ilk olarak Cronbach's Alpha katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. 23 maddenin toplam Cronbach's Alpha katsayısı 0.30 ile çok düşük bulunmuştur. Bu sonuca göre NAS maddelerinin birbirinden bağımsız ölçümler olup, bir bütünün farklı birimlerini değerlendirdiğini; bu bütündeki maddelerin birleştirilmeye veya bu bütünden herhangi bir maddenin çıkartılmasına uygun olmadığını söyleyebiliriz. Geçerlilik analizi için; NAS formunun dil eşdeğerlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Kapsam geçerliliği için uzman önerileri değerlendirilmiş ve kapsam geçerlilik indeksi değeri 1 (KGI:1) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçüte bağlı geçerlilik kapsamında NAS ve APACHE II arasında ilişki kurulmuştur. NAS ile APACHE II arasında anlamlı pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur (r = 0,180, p= 0,009). NAS'ın Türk toplumu için geçerliliği yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. NAS Puanlama Formunun güvenilirlik değerlendirmesi için tüm maddelerin bağımsız araştırmacılar arası uyumu (10 hastada) kappa istatistiği ile değerlendirilmiş ve puanlama formunun tüm maddeleri için bağımsız gözlemciler arası uyum 1 ve çok güçlü düzeyde olduğu, istatiksel olarak anlamlılık gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre Hemşirelik Aktiviteleri Puanlama Formu Türk toplumuna yönelik olarak geçerli ve güvenilir bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstractVALIDITY AND RELIABILITY STUDY OF THE TURKISH VERSION OF THE NURSING ACTIVITIES SCORING FORM The study was conducted to test the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Nursing Activities Scoring (NAS) form and to gain Turkish literature a valid and reliable scoring form. After the cultural adaptation phase, the form was administered to 230 adult patients treated in the Intensive Care Unit of the Internal Medicine Department and Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit Unit in Dokuz Eylül University Hospital. The tools used to collect the study data were the Personal Information Form, Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II), Nursing Activities Scoring Form (NAS), the Complementary Nursing Activities Form. For the reliability analysis of the NAS, first, the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated. The total Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the 23 items was 0.30, which was considered very low. Therefore, it can be said that the items of the NAS are measurements independent of each other, that they assess different units of a whole, and that the items in this form cannot be combined or removed from the form. For the validity analysis of the NAS form, the language equivalence study was conducted. For the content validity, expert opinions were obtained. The content validity index value was calculated as 1 (CVI:1). Within the scope of criterion dependent validity, a relationship was established between NAS and APACHE II. Although not very strong, a statistically significant, positive correlation was determined between NAS and APACHE II (r = 0,180, p= 0,009). NAS was considered highly effective for the Turkish community. For the reliability analysis of the NAS, all the items' consistence between the independent researchers in 10 patients was assessed with the kappa statistics. The consistence between the independent researchers for all the items of the NAS was 1 and it was considered very strong and statistically significant. These results suggest that the Nursing Activities Scoring Form is a valid and reliable tool for the Turkish community.
