Özet
The nature of textile materials have started to improve with the development of man made fibres which are produced due to their aim and end-uses. For better performance, the fibre industries have started producing finer fibres. The textile industry has showed a great interest on the microfibers after its introduction to the global fibre market. Since then, the production of finer fibres has become the main subject of many researchers in this area. As a result of a National Textile Centre project the prototype of a novel, ultrafine fibre spinning method which is based on electrostatics have designed and successful production trials have been carried out with different polymers. The aim of this paper is clarifying the technique of this novel method, and some technical uses of these ultrafine nano fibres.
